Welcome back to PE and Sport in Term 4. Our final term for the 2023 is a little quieter on the Sport front.
Coming up in Sport this term…
REGIONAL CROSS COUNTRY
On the first Wednesday of Term 4, 12 St Brendan’s students headed to a very cold Mornington Athletics Track to represent the school at the Division Athletics Carnival. Each student was selected based on their 1st or 2nd place at the District Athletics.
All 12 students performed extremely well on the day.
Congratulations to:
Judd Bozelle who won the long jump and hurdles and to Diesel Pidgeon who won the shot put.
They have both qualified for the Southern Metro Region Carnival on the Wednesday 18th October.
Well done to all those who competed and good luck to Judd and Diesel for their events at Region on Wednesday 18th October, 2023.
During Term 3, our numbers were very low for the running club. We are hoping with some nice weather we can get everyone motivated to come along to running club. Please come along this Wednesday 11th October. Remember to wear runners.
