Welcome new staff

             Georgia Mangano     

Hi AHS community, my name is Georgia and I have been teaching for 6 years. I have spent some time teaching in Ballarat in the private system, but I am returning to Melbourne where I started my teaching journey as I missed the government school system too much. I have a focus on the environmental and biological sciences, but have also taught Chemistry, Psychology and Digitech. I enjoy classroom teaching, but also supporting the students with their co-curricular activities including coaching soccer teams, as well as assisting with school musicals.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading, building computers, baking and hanging out with my cat, Bean.

I am looking forward to working with the students and teams at AHS and becoming part of the community.
