News From School Council

On behalf of School Council, I would like to inform you that Lena Clark has now formally retired from her role as Principal of Donvale Primary. 

Lena has been an outstanding leader of our school for 11 years and we thank her for her commitment to making our school not only a place for our children to learn but a place for all of us to come together as a community. We wish Lena a wonderful well-deserved retirement full of all the fun things we dream of one day doing ourselves! 

Lena’s retirement will enable a new principal to be appointed to start Term 1, 2024 enabling for a smooth transition. Larissa Vesdrevanis will continue as the Acting Principal in Term 4, 2023 and the process of appointing a new substantive Principal will take place throughout this term.
