Class 19/20

Class 19/20 have had exciting times this term with all students working with enthusiasm in their programs.

Project Ready students have volunteered at a number of services, including Dromana Community Garden where Bailey was a superstar planting flowers and vegetables which were picked, cooked, and then eaten later in the season.

ASDAN students have been exploring life skills.  Many delicious food items were made and tasted.  Riley’s favourite module was playing the instruments and making new friends.  Animal care was introduced and creative opportunities were ventured.

Hospitality students have developed skills and expertise in coffee making, taking orders, food preparation, cooking a variety of cuisines and a stand out mention to Zane for often taking out recycling, and Carter for his awesome coffee making skills.

We have had fun at a number of excursions including bowling, in which Milly was triumphant!  Funky Farm was a huge hit, all students enjoying the hands on experience.

What a wonderful year it has been to see all of our students growth in their independence and the achievement of their learning goals.  We wish our graduates, Zane and Milly all the very best for their future years.
