Library
It’s been a busy term in the library.
We are well into the swing of preparing for 2025 as we encourage everyone who still has a library book on loan to return it to the library as soon as possible so that it can be counted, cared for and shelved.
We reflect on a term of having fun with our primary students as they have come in for their weekly sessions and when they have visited in their recess on a Monday or Wednesday.
Checking in with our secondary students to make sure they have access to the resources that they need and a safe and welcoming space to study and to relax in has been a priority.
Colouring activities and games with friends, including Dungeons and Dragons, Uno and Cheat! have been popular with several groups of students at lunchtimes.
We decorated the library for Halloween and celebrated International Kindness Day with activities and bookmarks.
A highlight of the term was our “Cuppa and Chat” with the secondary students during Mental Health month.
Our Mango Fundraiser has been a big success, with 141 boxes delivered to the school this week. Thank you to everyone who supported us by ordering and picking up mangoes
