Excursion to Sea Life Aquarium
We had so much fun on the day. We took the 58 tram from school, and the students did a really good job holding onto the rail or sitting down properly. Some even stood up to give their seats to elderly members of the public when they got on.
Once we arrived, the friendly aquarium staff took the students on a guided tour in different groups. We saw Pinjarra, the massive crocodile, and we were lucky enough to watch Pinjarra’s weekly feed, where he moved with immense agility in the water and showed us his sharp teeth. We also saw lots of jellyfish and turtles, and we even got to see Pesto!
Towards the end of the excursion, the students had the opportunity to watch Happy Feet in the 4D cinema. They really enjoyed it! We took the tram back to school at the end of the day.
A huge shout-out and thank you to all the parent helpers who came with us on the day! We couldn’t have done it without you!
