Captains Corner

By Swanya - 2025 School Captain

We are already halfway through the term and there is only less than a month left of school! However, we still are having an action-packed term even to the very last day. We have enjoyed so many activities, tournaments, and incursions.

On November the 19th the Year Sixes had their final leadership day. Where they learnt about different leadership skills and invited the leaders from our neighbouring schools. We had many special guests, and spent some time planning how this program will look like for future generations.

Also, on the 19th the Year 4’s had an incursion where they built billy carts. I am sure they had lots of fun testing their carts, racing them and learnt lots of new skills and knowledge.

We have also successfully completed the School Captain voting process and soon we will vote for our House Captains. The teachers are busy interviewing for the Curriculum Captain positions. Congratulations to all the students that got through and good luck.

The Year Sixes are celebrating their graduation on the 4th of December and their last days at the school! Where they will dance the night away. We can’t wait for our graduation and look forward to this very special event!

The Year Twos are also going to Scienceworks. I hope they will fun lots of fun and can come back with as much knowledge as Albert Einstein.

We also have the final Prep orientation on the 26th of November. Where they will be learning even more about the ‘ins and outs’ of our fabulous school, which they will enjoy for years to come.

I hope you all have a wonderful fortnight of learning and enjoy the last few weeks of school. Try and make this the best year yet and enjoy every second!
