VOCABULARY

Text is any written or printed material, like a story, article, or book.

Questioning is when you ask questions to better understand something.

Connect is when you relate ideas, events, or experiences to each other.

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Read a story with your child. 

Ask them to write some questions they could ask about the book.
