Year 8 Key Information 

• The permission form for the celebration day at Sugar World was sent out through EdSmart last week. To clarify dates, the excursion will be on Tuesday, 26 November, in Week 9. Please ensure the form is completed before Friday, 22 November.
   
• As the term draws to a close, I remind students and parents/carers to advise the College if their child will be absent or finish early before the official finish dates. This is particularly important if this is before assessment dates draw to a close.

Whole of College Key Information 

• This week has been an exciting time with many celebrations of student achievements and our Graduation Mass on Wednesday. Congratulations to all students on their achievements for 2024.
   
• We are into our final weeks of the school year for 2024. Students are well into the assessment period, with Week 8 requiring many submissions of assignments and exams. Please get in touch with the classroom teacher should your child be absent during this assessment period to negotiate a time to meet the assessment requirements. 
   
• In Week 9, Years 7 - 10 will participate in end-of-year community days across the week. All students are required to attend these days to enhance the development of relationships and celebration of the year. Please ensure you are informed about the year-level community day through the EdSmart slip provided.
