2026 Student Residential Address and Other Information Collection
The College is required, on a yearly basis, to provide information to the Australian Government regarding students’ residential addresses in line with the Department of Education requirements. The next data collection date is Wednesday, 11 March 2026. This information is used to ensure Federal funding arrangements for non-government schools are based on need, and that they are fair and transparent. Full details are given in the document “Collection Notice for parents/guardians of students: 2026 Student Residential Address and Other Information”.
To ensure that the data we provide to the Federal Government is accurate, we ask parents and guardians to update their information on my MyASC before 27 February 2026.
Thank you for assisting with this Government requirement.

Integrity: acting with moral strength and grace, guided by humility and compassion
Courage: being our best selves
TUTOR GROUPS FOR TERM 1, 2026
Your child’s Tutor Group teacher and room allocation is on their timetable. Tutor Group teachers will make contact with each family within the first two weeks of the school year.
UNIFORM FOR TERM 1
A reminder that students are asked to commence the new academic year in summer uniform. With many students growing across the summer break, it may be timely to check that uniforms still fit appropriately.
In the interests of having all our students wearing their College uniform proudly and well, the following reminders about our Uniform Standards Guide may be helpful:
- Dress hems ought to be on the middle of the knee.
- The College shoe is a polished, black, leather business style lace-up. Air Force One shoes, suede, patent leather, patterns, slip-ons, stack and platform heels are not part of the College uniform.
- For safety reasons, shoes worn with our Physical Education uniform must be fit-for-purpose sport shoes (i.e. runners, joggers). Surf, skate, walk or casual shoes are not appropriate, and canvas shoes (including Dunlop Volleys, Vans, Skechers and similar styles) are a safety concern when playing sport and as such are not to be worn either.
- Clean and neatly brushed hair is to be of an appropriate hairstyle (i.e. avoiding extremes of cut, style or colour).
- All students are asked to tie back collar length or longer hair, with the tie point at the mid-line of the head. Students are asked not to have hair falling forwards, covering their eyes or face.
- Hair ties or ribbons should be College pale blue, dark blue or white. They may wear a ribbon of their House colour on Tuesdays. Head bands / combs / elastics / clips are to be natural hair colour, pale blue or dark blue.
- Students must always have their face clean shaven.
- Students may wear small, plain gold or silver stud or sleepers in ear lobes only - one in each ear. Facial piercings are not permitted. Plastic retainers, spacers and diamante earrings are not permitted.
- Students wearing boys’ shirts are asked to tuck them into their shorts with a black belt.
An infographic outlining the correct summer uniform is shown below along with guidelines on when sport and formal uniforms are to be worn.
The uniform infographic is available on MyASC.
Thank you as a collective community for supporting these standards of College dress and appearance.
USE OF MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICES
All students are required to place any mobile electronic device, such as phones, Airpods and earphones, in their locker as soon as they arrive on campus.
COMMUNICATING WITH SENIOR SCHOOL STAFF AND APPOINTMENT REQUESTS
All Saints’ College recognises that it is the partnership we have with our families that enables us to achieve our best work in promoting wellbeing and optimising the learning of our children. To help maintain efficient and effective communication between College and home, it is helpful if all communication and requests for appointments with staff are made in a timely manner. Sending an email, the night before a required appointment or reporting to Reception without a confirmed appointment with a staff member often leads to disappointment, as staff are likely to have prior commitments.
VISITORS TO THE COLLEGE
In the interest of safety, the College has a defined procedure for accessing the College. Parents/visitors are required to report to Junior or Senior School Reception. A visitor’s badge will be issued which provides clear identification. To ensure the safety of all students, parents and visitors are not authorised to access College grounds during the day without following this procedure, and we thank you for your support in this.
STUDENT LATENESS AND ABSENCES
The College has certain processes in place with regard to student lateness and absence from school in order to ensure that all students are accounted for. All students are expected to be at school between 8.30am and 3.25pm. In the Senior School, variations to these attendance times should be communicated to student.services@allsaints.wa.edu.au
DUTY OF CARE, DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP ZONES
The College provides supervision of students between 8.00am and 3.40pm on school days. Students should not be at the College outside these times unless they are involved in a structured and supervised program. The College is not responsible for the Duty of Care of students outside these clear parameters. Parents are requested to make appropriate arrangements regarding drop-off and collection times for their children.
Please ensure that you are using the appropriate College drop-off and pick-up zones. These zones have been established to ensure the safest path for the dropping off and collection of children.
Students are not to be dropped off or collected in a bus bay, as these are reserved for private and Transperth buses. Bus bays are clearly signposted. Students are not to be dropped off or collected through Gate 4 (staff gate only), inclusive of the Uniform Store car park. Students have access to these areas, and we need to ensure their safety at all times. Please follow the correct procedure when dropping off and collecting students.
PULSE
The College will continue to use Pulse, an online platform, to collect and analyse student wellbeing and engagement data. The weekly 60-second wellbeing check-in encourages students to reflect on their mental, social and physical wellbeing.
ARC OF AGENCY
Families will have received communication around the introduction of the Arc of Agency in 2026. Full details of this document and its purpose are available on MyASC Wellbeing | All Saints’ College
PRAYER ROOM
Students wishing to access the Prayer Room during the school day should contact Student Services.

UPDATING PERSONAL DETAILS
In keeping with our commitment to positive student wellbeing, it is essential that we have up-to-date and accurate information about our students. This information is used by relevant staff to support and care for our students. Families are asked to log on to MyASC and enter our protected Parent Gateway to view and update information about yourself and your child/ren currently attending the College.
If you have not logged on to All Saints’ MyASC before, or you are not aware of your username and/or password, you can use the username/password recovery system using the MyASC link on www.allsaints.wa.edu.au, or you are welcome to telephone our Technology Support Centre on 08 9313 9363 for assistance.
It is important to note that anyone who has access to your username and password to the system is enabled to make changes to such details, with or without your knowledge.
