Parent Payment Contribution 2026

Acknowledgement of Parent Payment Contributions

Brighton Beach Primary School extends our sincere gratitude to all parents and carers who have chosen to support the school through voluntary Parent Payment Contributions. These contributions play a vital role in strengthening the educational experience we provide, ensuring our school continues to thrive. Your generosity directly enhances the learning environment for every student and enables us to deliver a rich and engaging curriculum.

How Contributions Support the Curriculum

Parent Payment Contributions, together with support from the Department of Education, allow us to provide high-quality learning materials across all year levels, enrich classroom programs with additional resources, and sustain specialist subjects and hands-on learning experiences. They also help us maintain and improve digital learning tools and platforms. Through this support, we can plan confidently for the year ahead and ensure our curriculum remains dynamic, well-resourced, and responsive to student needs.

Building Fund Contributions

Contributions to the Building Fund are essential in completing the final stages of our ongoing refurbishment projects. Your support enables us to carry out important upgrades throughout the school, including the refurbishment of remaining classrooms and the replacement of ageing air-conditioning and heating systems. It also assists us in improving safety and accessibility features to create a secure and welcoming environment for all, while enhancing outdoor learning spaces designed to support wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement. Together, we continue to build a vibrant and inclusive environment where students can learn, play, and connect.

Library Fund Contributions

Library Fund contributions help us upgrade library systems and technology, maintain our SchoolTV membership, and purchase new books, digital resources, and learning materials for both in the library and our classrooms. These improvements ensure that students have access to high-quality, contemporary resources that foster a love of reading and support research and inquiry-based learning.

Supporting the Curriculum and Community

Beyond the specific funds outlined above, contributions also strengthen curriculum delivery across all learning areas, support community-building initiatives and events, and allow the school to respond to emerging needs identified by school leadership. Your support empowers us to invest in programs and resources that benefit every student and enrich our school community.

Closing Statement

We deeply appreciate the ongoing support of our families. Your voluntary contributions make a meaningful difference and help us continue providing a high-quality educational experience. Together, we are building a strong, connected, and future-focused school community. Once again, we recognise and sincerely thank the families who have contributed to our voluntary Parent Payment Contributions

School Saving Bonus 2026

For most families in Grade 3-6 in 2025, the SSB funds were fully used in supporting school camps and other excursions. If you have any remaining funds, the school will notify you.

For junior school families - now Grade 1 -3 - remaining SSB funds will be used in the same fashion as last year - they will be automatically deducted from school events, such as incursions/excursions.

If you are in Grade 3 this year and would like to apply your remaining SSB to Grade 3 camp in term 3, please email the administration office to confirm.
