Dear Woodmans Hill community,

At our school, we believe that success is built on a strong partnership between parents, students, and staff. By working together, we can create a positive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive. Open communication and mutual respect are at the heart of this partnership, and we encourage you to engage actively with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for our students. Whether it's through attending meetings, participating in school events, or simply keeping the lines of communication open, your involvement makes a significant difference. Please remember that your child’s home group teacher is the best placed first call for all families and can generally support parents. Email is always the best option for our busy staff who all teach a variety of classes throughout the school day.

We are excited to announce that our school will be participating in this year’s State School Spectacular. This event is a celebration of talent, creativity, and collaboration, bringing together students from across the state to perform in a large-scale production. Our students have been working hard in rehearsals, and we are incredibly proud of their dedication and enthusiasm. The Spectacular is not just about performing; it's about building confidence, making lifelong memories, and being part of something truly special. I am heading down to watch this for the first time and cannot wait to share my experiences with you.

As Father’s Day approaches, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate all the fathers and father figures in our school community. Our VM class has invited some special fathers in for a Father’s Day brunch, so I hope to meet many of you at this event. For those who cannot attend, I hope that you have a fantastic day!

Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to our school. Together, we can continue to create a vibrant and supportive community for our students.

Warm regards,

Shannon Ross
