Principal's Message

Dear St Joseph’s Families,

Welcome back to all our students, staff, and families! We hope you had a restful and enjoyable winter break. Term 3 is always an action-packed term filled with rich learning experiences, events, and community activities. We look forward to working together to make this a successful term for every student.

Athletics Carnival Success

What a fantastic way to kick off the new term! Congratulations to all students who participated in our recent Athletics Carnival. The sportsmanship, determination, and house spirit displayed throughout the day were truly inspiring. Whether you were sprinting across the finish line or cheering loudly from the sidelines, you made our school proud.

A huge thank you to our wonderful parent helpers who volunteered their time to assist with timing, field events, setups, and logistics. Events like these simply cannot run smoothly without your ongoing dedication and support. We deeply appreciate your help in making the day such a memorable success!

School Fees & Payment Plans

A reminder to all families that school fees for the current year are now due.

Letters regarding any outstanding statements will be sent out from the administration office in the coming days. We ask that families review these carefully upon arrival.

We understand that financial circumstances can change. If you need support or would like to arrange a confidential payment plan, please do not hesitate to contact the front office to make an appointment with Mrs Fiechtner. We are always here to work with you.

Every Day Counts: The Importance of Regular Attendance

At St Joseph’s we are committed to helping every child achieve their full potential. Regular attendance is a vital part of your child’s academic progress, social development, and overall well-being.

Why daily attendance matters:

  • Learning continuity: Missing just one or two days every few weeks builds up quickly, leaving gaps in essential learning.
  • Social connections: Consistent attendance helps children build and maintain positive friendships and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Routines and resilience: Arriving on time every day establishes healthy lifelong habits.

If your child is unwell, please remember to submit an absence note via Compass. If you are experiencing challenges with getting your child to school, please reach out—we are here to support you and your family.
