🖤❤️ EPS P&C Update - Term 3 Week 2 ❤️🖤

Being part of the P&C is a wonderful way to show your children the importance of community involvement, volunteering and giving back. 💛 It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends and stay connected with what’s happening at our school. We’d love to welcome some new faces!

BBQ Lunch & Canteen Orders

The P&C is excited to be running a BBQ Lunch during our Book Week & Education Week celebrations on Thursday 6th August! Families are invited to stay after the Book Week Parade and enjoy lunch together from 1:40-2:10pm.

🌭 BBQ pre-orders (sausage sandwich and can of soft drink) are now available through the Spriggy Schools app under the Events tab.

🥪 Family members are also welcome to order from our regular canteen menu through their child's Spriggy profile - make sure you do it for the second break. Please note these orders will be delivered with the classroom lunch orders and cannot be collected early.

We're also looking for volunteers to help with setting up, cooking and serving the BBQ. If you can spare an hour or two, we'd love your help! Please sign up here: https://signup.com/go/rQqtJEU. While our amazing P&C members volunteer countless hours throughout the year, we'd especially love to welcome some new faces to help share the load.

📅 Our next P&C Meeting will be held on Monday 10th August (Term 3, Week 4) at 5:30pm in the school library. Meetings usually run for around one hour, and everyone in our school community is welcome to attend.

🥧 Thompson’s Pie Drive is now open! Stock up your freezer while supporting our school. Orders can be placed through Spriggy Schools Events and close on Thursday 30th July. Orders will be available for collection from the school on Thursday 14th August.

🍔 McDonald’s Family Fun Night is on Wednesday 12th August from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Cameron Park McDonald’s. The P&C will receive 10% of all sales made during that hour, so if you’re planning on grabbing dinner, please wait until 6:00pm before ordering through the app, drive-thru or in-store. It’s an easy (and delicious!) way to support our school while enjoying a family night out!

🎁 Father’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday 3rd September, with our Preschool Group 1 attending on the Tuesday or Wednesday prior. Orders are now open on Spriggy Schools. Just like our popular Mother’s Day Stall, children will receive one large gift and one small gift to choose themselves and have beautifully packed into a gift bag for $10.

As always, thank you for your ongoing support. Every fundraiser, every volunteer and every helping hand brings us one step closer to our new inclusive playground and helps create even more opportunities for our students. ❤️
