P&C Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Tuesday 18 November at 7:30 pm in the staff room (and online). This is when we review our year, present the audit, and elect a new Executive Committee for 2026.
Every role is declared vacant — so it’s your chance to step up, share ideas, and help shape our school community.
✨ Tip: You need to attend at least 2 meetings to be eligible to nominate. The 21 October meeting is the last chance before the AGM!
Kindergarten 2026 Enrolment and Transition Information

Transition Day 2: Thursday 30 October
Transition Day 3: Friday 7 November
Families will meet in the school hall at 9:15 am. Students will then visit Kindergarten classrooms while parents receive important information about starting school. Each session covers different topics to support a smooth transition. Orientation will be completed by 10:30 am.
Book Club Issue No. 7
The closing date for submitting orders will be on 3 November.
Ancestor Day Celebration - Tuesday 4 November 1:45 pm
There will be parades, performances and more!
If you - a student, a staff member or family member - have a cultural dress that celebrates your ancestry, you are encouraged to wear it on the day and join in on the fun.
We are still accepting photos of your family members or ancestors to include in our Ancestor Display. Please email them or drop them off at the office soon if you would like your family represented in this special showcase.
Musicians Wanted
The End-of-Year concert is an opportunity to come and join the band. We would love more parents to come and join the fun.
Rehearsals are 6 pm in Meadowbank School Hall on 13, 18 and 27 November. You do not need to attend all rehearsals - music will be shared with you.
The concert is on 4 December at Marsden High School Hall.
