2026 Parent Payments

Please find below, the 2026 Parent Payment booklets which contain information about the various contributions, payment options and, most importantly, what the monumental financial support from our parents has allowed us to purchase and provide.

Additionally, you will find the following attachments:

• Split Billing Request for School Contributions form: Families interested in a split billing arrangement are required to complete the attached application and email to office@beaumarissc.vic.edu.au.

• Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Application Form: If you are HCC or PCC holder, you may be eligible for CSEF. Please complete the attached form and return it to reception or email to office@beaumarissc.vic.edu.au. The college will apply for these applications at the beginning of Term 1, 2026.

• State Schools’ Relief CSEF Uniform Package: For eligible Year 7 families.
