Dear Families and Friends,

I wish everyone a safe and restful school holiday break. I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday 7th October for a busy and productive Term 4!

The school holidays can be a perfect time to refresh and reset. The image below was shared with the MACS Student Wellbeing Network recently. I have taken on the advice from the image and it certainly can help when times are busy and stressful. 

We celebrated Footy Day on the Quad this morning. Thank you to all the staff and students who helped organise the parade. I hope that your football team has some success on September 28th!
