Students enjoyed learning about the importance of bees and their role in pollination through a simulation activity
Year 1 & 2
Students are exploring how cooking can change the properties of foods. This week they investigated how pasta becomes soft, stretchy, curly, sticky and warm when it is cooked, and created pasta pictures.
Year 3 & 4
Students are investigating magnets and had fun exploring how magnets could work through
a table or other object.
Year 5 & 6
This term students will be studying the process of fermentation. They attempted a simple fermentation with strawberries, sugar and water. Things looked good in the beginning but after 5 days things turned bad and mold grew. Now they will have to determine what went wrong.
