Thornbury Sport
State Finals
Continuing the successful run from our girls' soccer program - The intermediate girls team competed at the State Finals on Tuesday September 10. We had a young but talented squad, with a mix of students from Years 8-10. A mix bag of results from our three games with a win, loss and draw. Fantastic effort at each progression of the pathway from our team!
The boy's intermediate netball team had the State Finals event on Monday September 2 at Waverley Netball Centre. Whilst we did not make it past the pool stage, the team should be very proud of how much was achieved this year and the way we conducted ourselves representing the school.
