Family Contributions

This year has been full of rich teaching and learning opportunities. We want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. We want to thank you for all your support this year which makes a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.

Our school makes every effort to keep the cost of items and activities to a minimum and affordable to all families. Each year, School Council meets to consider the school's financial position and prepares a budget to cover the educational programs, administration, facilities development and maintenance for the next school year. Voluntary contributions from families play an important role in ensuring we have the resources and facilities necessary to deliver the diverse academic and co-curricular programs offered at Thornbury High.

Ongoing financial support from our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education program for our students.
