R U OK day
Every Year on R U OK day, Glenroy College organises activities and education around the importance of mental health, how to take care of yourself, and how to check in with your friends.
This year, the school provided students with activities, slushies and information sessions on how to begin a dialogue when seeking support and checking in on a friend.
It's really important to keep active and eat healthy, as well as being aware of when we're not feeling our best. When we don't feel great, it's important to seek support from friends and family, and also recognise when our friends needs extra support.
