CSEF INFORMATION

Dear Families,

The Department administers CSEF to help eligible families (beneficiary of either a Centrelink Health Care Card or a Pensioner Concession Card) with the costs of camps, sporting activities and excursions.

Please see CSEF Form below and return to school office if you are eligible. There is no need to submit a form if you have provided one previously. 

The CSEF form is only required once whilst your child attends MPS.
