SSF Afternoon Tea

This week, SSF prepared a ‘Welcome Back’ afternoon tea for the all the Junior,
Senior and Office Staff. All items were made by the class.
They consisted of sausage rolls, Devonshire scones, smoked salmon mini quiche, vegetarian quiche, raspberry one bite meringues, decorated small carrot cakes and salted caramel biscuits. Gluten free staff were also catered for.
The class received some wonderful positive comments as it was the students first practical cooking day in the Food & Hospitality Class.
