Friendliness
We will continue our studies on Friendliness next week. Making friends can be very tricky sometimes and the staff at Emerson school provide many lessons on this topic.
Many people have written wise words about how to make friends and keep friends.
I thought I’d share some wise words from Winnie The Pooh and his Friends.
Winnie says that good friends are like stars. You don’t always see them. But you know they are always there. He also says that a friend is the nicest thing you can have and one of the nicest things you can be.
Once Winnie told his friend Piglet that anyone can show up when you’re happy. But the ones who stay by your side when your heart falls apart, they are your true friends.
Winne says friends are the most important ingredient in this recipe of Life. A day without a friend is like a pot without a single drop of honey inside.
And his final words of wisdom for this week’s newsletter ‘a friend is someone who helps you up when you’re down, and if they can’t they lay down beside you.
