Welcome back to Term 2!

Welcome back to a new term! It has been wonderful to see our students return from their holidays so calm, settled, and ready to engage in their education. This smooth transition provides the perfect foundation for us to dive back into our focus on what it truly means to be a "learner" at St Joseph’s.

According to our Living Well, Learning Well framework, a learner is someone who:

Forms a learning team: They understand they are part of a team and work collaboratively with others.

Shows persistence: They "try hard" and persist even when things get tough.

Maintains focus: They can get back on track quickly if they are redirected.

Respects the environment: They ensure they do not disrupt the learning of others or the work of the "skilled, helpful adults" (our staff) who are supporting them.

We believe that when parents and the school work together as partners, we improve the educational and wellbeing pathways for our children. Our goal is for every student to feel supported.
