INTERMEDIATE BAKING

HOT CROSS BUNS:

Our classes have been having a go at making hot cross buns across many of our Food Studies classes.

Students have learnt about how to form, knead and prove the dough, then shape them into hot cross buns. Students have had the choice of making fruit or chocolate buns (the vast majority chose chocolate!).
