Trade and VET Term 1

VET HOSPITALITY:

Students are working under supervision to demonstrate competency in food production and service flow, managing the entire service period from mise en place to end of service cleaning.

VET HORTICULTURE:

Fruit tree planting and planter boxes from recycled Chep Pallets
