New Canteen Ordering System

A friendly reminder that our college has transitioned to Flexischools as the new online payment platform for all canteen purchases.
What You Need to Know:
- All online canteen orders and Student ID card purchases are processed via Flexischools.
- Students continue to use their existing Student ID/Smart Rider cards, but a Flexischools account must be set up to enable online ordering.
- Canteen purchases are no longer available through My Student Account (MSA).
Payment Options
- Students can still use cash or a debit card at the canteen if a Flexischools account has not yet been set up.
Setting Up Flexischools
- Download the Flexischools App from the Apple or Google store. You can download the App and find registration and online ordering instructions here.
- Register an account and add your child as a student.
- Select “Lumen Christi College” from the school list.
- Under your child’s settings, enter the Student Number (found on the ID/Smart Rider card or on their Semester Report as the SCSA Number).
Parents can also:
- Set daily spending limits.
- Monitor purchases through the app.
- Grant students access to place orders directly from their own devices.
Pre-Ordering Food
- Tap “Order Food” in the Flexischools app.
- Select your student and choose Break 1 or Break 2.
- Pick the date and select items from the online menu.
- Orders can be placed in advance for future days.
