Over the past two weeks, our Year 12 students have tackled the challenge of their Trial HSC Exams - an important milestone in their final year of school. These exams replicate the real HSC format and conditions, helping students assess their readiness, refine their strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
Well done to every student for your effort and resilience, and thank you to the staff and families who supported them throughout this demanding period.
Last Friday, we were thrilled to welcome our incoming 2026 Year 7 students back to the Senior School for another fun and informative transition session.
The morning was all about building connections, exploring new surroundings, and feeling at home - capped off perfectly with donuts in the outdoor chapel!
A special highlight was seeing our current Year 6 students buddy up to support and guide their future classmates.
Limited places for Year 7 in 2026 are still available. If you have family or friends who are considering Trinity for their child, we encourage them to contact us soon on 6049 3400 or visit www.trinityac.nsw.edu.au/enrolments/how-to-enrol.
As part of the morning, students got a taste of Senior School life with a fast-paced, creative English lesson. In just 50 minutes, they planned, wrote, and illustrated their own 50-word ‘nano story,’ then turned it into a mini book. Plenty of imagination and great stories…they’re ready for the next chapter!
Our Year 11 VET Construction students have recently completed their first round of work placements. This hands-on experience allows them to take their classroom learning onto real construction sites, building industry-specific skills and strengthening their future employability.
Whether it’s carpentry, bricklaying, or painting, these placements give students a head start in the construction pathways they’re passionate about.
A big thank you to our local businesses for supporting our students!
Last week, our HSC Drama students had the valuable opportunity to meet with 2024 Performing Arts Captain, Tara Swann. Tara shared her personal experiences and offered practical advice on preparing for the upcoming practical exams, including strategies for confidently showcasing performance skills to NESA markers.
Our students left the session with a clearer understanding of what to expect, as well as inspiration and encouragement from someone who has successfully navigated the HSC performance journey. Sessions like these highlight the benefits of peer mentoring and the strong sense of community within Trinity’s Performing Arts program.
We’re excited to celebrate Children’s Book Week on Friday, 22 August!
This year’s theme, "Book an Adventure!", invites students to embrace the magic of storytelling and the endless journeys found in books.
Senior School students are welcome to come dressed in theme-related costumes. All costumes must be:
Students must also bring their PDHPE uniform to change into for practical lessons.
Please note: Dressing up is optional. Students who choose not to participate are expected to attend in full school uniform as usual.
Students are expected to be on campus by 8.40am and ready for their first class by 8.45am. Punctuality is a key life skill that fosters self-discipline, reliability, and respect for others.
Being on time:
We appreciate your support in reinforcing the importance of punctuality at home.
