Jnr Singers and Snr Choir at Bendigo Eisteddfod

Last Thursday, our talented Jnr Singers and Snr Choir took to the stage at the Ulumbarra Theatre to participate in the Bendigo Eisteddfod. Despite some pre-performance nerves, our students rose to the occasion and gave confident, heartfelt performances, proudly representing our school.

Both choirs were awarded a Silver Standard ribbon—a wonderful achievement that reflects their dedication, teamwork and musical growth. Beyond the results, students gained invaluable experience performing in a professional setting and enjoyed the opportunity to hear and learn from other school choirs.

A big thank you to our wonderful parent helpers, as well as Ms Hale and Mr Hearn for their time and expertise in preparing and accompanying our singers. We are incredibly proud of everyone involved!

MAG Rocks the American

What an incredible night of music, talent and community spirit at MAG Rocks the American! Seventeen of our school’s extra-curricular rock bands took to the stage at the American Hotel, delivering high-energy performances that wowed the crowd and showcased the impressive musical skills of our students.

It was truly heartwarming to see such a large and supportive audience come together to cheer on our young performers. The atmosphere was electric, and the sense of pride and encouragement from families, friends, and the wider community made the night even more special.

A massive thank you goes to Mr Shane McGrath for his tireless work behind the scenes. His unwavering support, guidance and passion for developing young musicians at Moama Anglican Grammar continue to inspire and shape the next generation of musical talent.

Congratulations to all our performers on a fantastic night—you did us proud!
