From the Principal

Dear Parents, Guardians and Carers,

On Monday 11 August we announced the commencement of community engagement for our 2026 & Beyond Strategy – a strategic planning and reflection process that will shape the future direction of Moama Anglican Grammar from 2026 to 2030.

Over the past two and a half years, our school has made significant and exciting progress under the banner of our 2024 and Beyond Strategic Priorities. Most of these prioritised initiatives have been realised or are well underway. With this foundation in place, and as we continue to build our school's future, we believe that the time is right to prepare and plan boldly for the next chapters of our Moama Anglican Grammar’s growth and development.

Our 2026 & Beyond Strategic Plan will be the compass that guides our school through a rapidly changing educational, operational, and global landscape. It will consolidate what we've achieved, sharpen our focus on future priorities, and ensure that we remain true to our mission, our Anglican identity and ethos, and the evolving needs of our students, families and staff team.

To support a high-quality inclusive process, we have engaged Dr Paul Teys, an experienced school governance and strategy advisor, as a consultant to lead this work in partnership with the Board, Principal, and School Executive Team. Dr Teys will guide us through a structured, phased process across the second half of 2025, culminating in the launch of our new strategy in Term 1, 2026.

We are committed to authentic consultation and will be inviting all members of our community to contribute to the strategic planning process through surveys, forums, and targeted conversations.

Your voice matters, and we want to hear what you value, what you hope for, and how we can continue to improve and grow.

If you have not yet completed our recently sent parent survey, which can be accessed via the link below, we seek your support to complete the survey by 4.00pm on Tuesday 19 August.

The survey will take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.

We are committed to keeping our school community updated throughout the process and very much look forward to sharing a refreshed strategic vision for Moama Anglican Grammar's future that reflects the aspirations of our entire community.

Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. Imagine the possibilities!

Kind regards,

Mr Scott Downward
