Any funds that were remaining at 30 June (including online voucher amounts), are currently being credited to family accounts for use in school activities. 

Are your contact details up to date?

In the event of an emergency, it is essential to keep the school updated on any changes to your family's address or contact phone numbers (including emergency contacts).  

To update a change of address or family living arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact the school office so that we can assist with updating your student's or family's contact information. 

Parent Helpers and Volunteers at WHPS

Many parents assist at school within the classroom, on excursions and at school events throughout the year, and we appreciate your time.  However, all volunteers and parent helpers must hold a valid Working with Children Card. 

The card must be presented to the Office every time you sign in (when volunteering at school or as a parent helper on an excursion).

Lost Property

Please ensure all school clothes, bags, and personal property are clearly labelled with the student’s name.  This will ensure that the property can be returned to the correct person if it is lost. Parents are welcome to check the lost property boxes in the General Office and Gym.
