Middle Sub School News

Welcome back to school for term 3. I hope everyone had an enjoyable break. It has been great to see students settling into their classroom routines. Last week, to celebrate NAIDOC week, middles students participated in the footy incursion. A great time was had by all. We have also been to the mini-beasts incursion this week. Students enjoyed looking at the different insects and going into the butterfly tent. 

We have a busy term ahead. We also have excursions to We Rock the Spectrum this term. There are two one hour sessions each visit and each class has one hour.

28 August: Rooms 18 and 10

4 September: Rooms 11 and 12

9 October (Term 4): Rooms 17 and 18

SSGs are from Monday 4 August until Thursday 21 August. Please consider which dates you prefer and let the classroom teacher know via the SSG form. These will be distributed soon.

ROOM 11

Room 11 had a fantastic first week of Term 3! The students have had fun listening and dancing to the song we have selected for our school performance. They are getting very excited to performance day! Students have enjoyed playing Snakes and Ladders in Maths. Room 11 also had fun looking through photos from everyone’s school holiday adventures. We had a class discussion about the many adventures that were had!
