Principal for a Day - 2023

You may remember that earlier this term, we had a raffle where the main prize was to become the Principal for a day. Well, last week I was joined by my Student Principal for a day Jeremy - a very enthusiastic Prep student!

Jeremy took his new role in his stride, and was very helpful! Throughout the day Jeremy and his two Y5 Assistant Principals took on a number of jobs, including:

• Office administration jobs
• Deliveries around the school
• Unpacking of supplies
• Selecting and purchasing books for the school 
• Choosing a book and then reading it to a Prep class and a Year 6 class - pretty impressive for a Prep student!
• Creating a 'reasonable rule' - they decided that it was very reasonable to expect the Prep and Y5 buddy class to have an extra outside game that day, to which I agreed it was a very reasonable request
