TIMELINE

TIMELINE FOR ALL STUDENTS

 

Wednesday 24th January 2024 – Administration office will be open.

 

Thursday 25th January 2024 – Administration office will be open.

 

Friday 26th January 2024 – Administration office closed. 

 

Monday 29th January 2024 – Administration office will be open. Day student parents are encouraged to attend the College between 12.00pm – 3.00pm to pay the Semester 1 2024 first fee instalment that is due on the first day of Term 1.

 

Tuesday 30th January 2024 –  ALL NEW (Year 10 & 11) Boarding students arrive between 12.00pm – 2.30pm to the College Gymnasium to;

  • Hand in the completed Signed Forms booklet (handed out to parents on the Sunday of the Transition Program).
  • Collect ordered school books/supplies (if you chose to have them delivered to the school).
  • Pay Course Fees and first Instalment of boarding fees.
  • Complete the Boarding Away from Home Allowance application.
  • Be issued with dorm keys.
  • Give medication to residential staff. 
  • Settle into boarding.

** Could students please ensure that they pack bathers and a towel in the likelihood that they go to the Harvey Pool later in the week for a swim.

 

Tuesday 30th January 2024 - ALL RETURNING (Year 11 and 12) Boarding students arrive between 2.30pm – 4.00pm at the College Gymnasium to;

  • Hand in the completed Signed Forms booklet (posted home towards the end of Term 4 2023).
  • Collect ordered school books/supplies (if you chose to have them delivered to the school).
  • Pay Course Fees and the first Instalment of boarding fees.
  • Complete the Boarding Away from Home Allowance application.
  • Be issued with dorm keys.
  • Give medication to residential staff. 
  • Settle into boarding.

 

Wednesday 31st January 2024 –  ALL NEW (Year 10 and 11) Day students arrive at 7.45am to;

  • Come to the Admin office and hand in the completed Signed Forms booklet (handed out to parents on the Sunday of the Transition Program) and you will be directed to a meeting point.
  • Students to undertake a short induction regarding signing in and out of the College.
  • Issued locker and mobile phone locker (please ensure you have a padlock for each).
  • College expectations.
  • Collect ordered books (if you have chosen to have them delivered to the school).
  • If parents have not attended the College prior to this day to organise payment of Semester 1 2024 first fee instalment, they are required to do so when dropping their child off at the College.
  • Please wear the correct uniform – as you will be commencing the normal timetable.  
    • Year 10 and 12 (Class uniform)  
    • Year 11 (Farm/Trades uniform)
