Coles Development

Over the past week the site had seen significant progress, see below milestones. 

• Completion of Upper Ground pour three columns. 
• Completion of Upper Ground pour three suspended slabs.
• Completion of level 1 (pour one) formwork. 
• Commenced all stripping to lower ground 1 slab. 
• Installation of 20 precast panels to the Northern Boundary.

Over the coming week I anticipate the below works to be commenced and completed. 

• Commencement of the Level 1 (pour two) formwork. 
• Installation of precast panels to the northern elevation Wednesday 22/11/2023 
• Tower Boom top-up on Thursday 23/11/2023. 
• Pouring of the UG Pour one raised section columns and slab on 21/11/2023.
