CURRICULUM FOCUS

We are continuing to explore ways that students can build their resilience when things do not go their way.  We have been discussing appropriate strategies we can use to overcome feelings of disappointment or anger, such as showing gratitude for the things that we have, or belly breathing to calm ourselves down.
