Happy Monday to all our St. Fidelis families. The P&F Committee hopes that you all had a restful weekend. The end of year is fast approaching, and we still have some wonderful memories to make, so please read on for all your need-to-know information.

Crazy Camel Artwork

Online orders for Crazy Camel Artwork are now CLOSED. Thank you to all the families who ordered artwork for their children, your support for this fundraiser is very much 

appreciated. The P&F will keep you updated with delivery day and time for artwork, thank you.

P&F Morning Tea 

On the first Friday of every month the P&F will be hosting a FREE morning tea straight after assembly, in the school staffroom. We invite all parents/carers to attend and have a cuppa and light refreshments with us. 

The next morning tea is on Friday 1st December.

We encourage you to attend as we would love to keep building on the wonderful school community that we already have. The morning tea will run until approximately 10:30am or thereabouts.

Uniform Stall 

This will be the FINAL 2nd hand uniform stall for the year. It will run at 3pm in the school staffroom. Please bring cash only and a carry bag. If you have any unused uniforms that you are ready to donate, please consider doing so now in preparation for our final uniform stall. Please remember to only donate uniforms in good and clean conditions. You can donate them to the school office.

Colour Fun Run & Lunch Orders

On Friday 8th December, the St. Fidelis students will have an AMAZINGLY FUN day participating in the Colour Fun Run. 

Families, please jump online https://myprofilepage.com.au/ (Australian Fundraising) to create your child/s profile. On this page, children can create profiles which they can share with loved ones to receive monetary donations towards this event. The more money the children raise, the more prizes they can earn. 

Lunch Order Day (sausage sizzle) - Friday 8th December, orders open on QuickCliq

Lunch order day will also be running, so please jump online at QuickCliq to pre-purchase your child’s sausage in bread, which will be served from 1pm. All students will also receive a FREE ZOOPER DOOPER!

The ‘colour run’ will take place in the Hawthorn Yard from 2:15pm – 3:15pm. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend – we look forward to seeing you there. If you have any further questions/concerns about this event, please contact Bec Koutivas at bterra86@gmail.com  Thank you.

St. Fidelis' Annual Christmas Carols

On Thursday 14th December, our children will be bringing the Christmas spirit to St. Fidelis with their wonderful singing of carols. 

This evening will be a great way for our St. Fidelis' community to finish off 2023. There will be a sausage sizzle, Christmas raffle, lucky dip and a Village Bakery stall.

VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE required to run the sausage sizzle – please see flyer for further information. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Christmas Raffle

This week each family should receive their raffle tickets for our annual end of year Christmas raffle. Tickets are only $1 each and will put you in the draw to win some fantastic prizes. The raffle will be drawn on the Christmas carol evening (Thursday 14th December).

Please clearly name each raffle ticket, and return with money to the school office before 9am, Friday 8th December. Don’t forget to sell tickets to your family and friends too. And should you require any extra tickets, please collect a spare booklet from the school office.

FINAL P&F MEETING: AGM

The P&F will be closing 2023 with our end of year annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday 11th December. We welcome and encourage parents to attend so that you can celebrate with us the amazing effort and commitment of our school community.  The meeting will commence at 7pm in the school staffroom. We hope to see you there!
