It’s time to declutter and donate your Toys & Books that deserve a new home.
We’re aiming to offer top-quality items, so we kindly ask that all donations be in great condition. Please avoid donating anything broken or unusable, as we want to provide the best experience for our buyers—and the disposal of unsellable items costs us money!
You can drop off your donations in the Green Containers located along the rear fence of the Parish House.
Donations will be accepted until Saturday 4 October 2025. Remember if you wouldn't give it to your mate - don't donate!
Remember to get your tickets back by end of Term 3. Extra books can also be collected from Parish and School offices.
The raffle continues to be a big part of our fete fundraising effort. With 7 LUCKY WINNERS and almost $4500 in prizes; raffle tickets offer great value for your money! Tickets are still only $3 each ($30 per book).
Mark your calendars! Wednesday 1st October 6.30pm we’re hosting our Stallholders meeting and we appreciate all our wonderful Stallholders making the time to attend.
We’ll be covering some important topics to ensure the Fete runs smoothly. If you can't make it, no worries! Please let us know and we’ll arrange a one-on-one with a Committee Member so you're fully prepared for Fete Day.
Your time is precious and we truly appreciate your efforts!

Stalls & Volunteer Leaders
All families in our school & Parish community are asked to contribute baked goods to be sold at the Cake Stall on Fete Day.
Baked goods can be placed on the plate provided (plates sent home this week), covered and secured with the bag and tie.
Please bring the baked goodies to the Church Hall on Friday 10th October or deliver directly to the cake stall on Fete Day.
If you're keen to bake extra cakes and goodies, we’d be most appreciative.
More plates are available in the school office and the Parish house.
Let's work together to make this year's Cake Stall bigger and better than ever!

The Cake Stall Committee
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to our successful "Lob-a-Choc" donations! We collected 322 blocks of chocolate with only 15 blocks containing nuts which had to be removed.
This stall is a Fete favourite and I'm sure all the children are getting just as excited as we are. The Fete is only 3 weeks away!
Thank you Noel Jones Maroondah for kindly donating hot drinks from Harrington Coffee to say thank you for your support.
Several long standing members will be stepping down in 2026 and we need roles filled for Fete to continue!
We are on the hunt for Fete President, Raffle Coordinator, Marketing Guru, Stage & Sound, Health/Safety & general members.
If you would like to be a part of the committee or would like to learn more, please reach out: fete@holyspiritparish.org.au
Join us for our next fete meeting on Wednesday, 17 September in the P&F/Fete Room. Our focus will be on Food and Pricing. Everyone is welcome!🎈✨
