Parents & Friends have been working hard behind the scenes over the past few weeks! 

Thank you to the families that reached out to supply presents for this year’s Mother’s Day Stall. We are sure these will make our Mother’s Day Stall extra special this year!

School Fun Run

Our School Fun Run is coming up in just two weeks! Thank you so much for your support so far.

We are very close to being able to purchase a new outdoor table and chair setting!

More details about the event will be posted on Compass. In the meantime, don’t forget to get hold of a white tee shirt for maximum colour impact!!

It’s not too late to create a profile or start fundraising. Just jump on funrun.com.au to get started.

The greatest part of the event is if you are unable to donate yourself, you can share the link with family, friends and neighbours.

Epilepsy Foundation 

P&F are also helping our Junior Red Cross to raise awareness about epilepsy through the Epilepsy Foundation. 

Epilepsy occurs regardless of age, gender, cultural or socio-economic background. Epilepsy can develop at any stage of life, but it is more common in children, adolescents, and people over 60.

Epilepsy impacts on people in different ways. For some people, living with epilepsy will not have a big impact on their life. Others may experience some physical, psychological and social impacts.

To help raise awareness, students will be invited to wear a touch of purple to school on Wednesday March 26th. More information will be provided through the Compass app in the coming days.

Breakfast Club Update

Thank you to the anonymous family who donated butter and cheese for Breakfast Club last week. We don’t know who you are, but it was very much appreciated by the students!

Thank you also to the wonderful volunteers helping with Breakfast Club this year! It is wonderful to have your support! If any parents would like to volunteer, there is a volunteer sheet at the Office. Please present the Office with your Working with Children Check.

Next P&F Meeting

Please join us for our next P&F meeting on Friday, May 2nd, at 9.10am in the Breakfast Club room.

We have been discussing various fundraising ideas for this year. They’re not all locked in yet, and we’d love to hear your ideas!
