Physical Education Update

ATHLETICS CARNIVAL 

On Wednesday we held our annual Athletics Carnival and what a fantastic day it was! 

Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 participated enthusiastically in a range of events, showcasing their athletic skills, determination and house spirit. It was wonderful to see students encouraging one another, trying their best and celebrating each other's achievements throughout the day.

Congratulations to Brigid our BLUE Team, who were crowned our 2026 Athletics Carnival Champions, and to King our RED Team, who were awarded the Spirit Cup in recognition of their outstanding enthusiasm, participation and encouragement throughout the carnival.

Shot Put and Long Jump ribbons are currently being finalised and will be presented to students next week.

A very special thank you to all of the parents and carers who generously volunteered their time to assist at the carnival. Your support helped ensure the day ran smoothly and safely for all students. Events such as these would not be possible without the dedication and assistance of our parent community and we are incredibly grateful for your contribution.

Thank you to everyone who helped make these sporting events such a success. We look forward to many more exciting opportunities in sport throughout the year! 

EUROPEAN HANDBALL

Our Stage 3 students recently participated at the European Handball Interschool Sports Gala Day. The students should be commended for the way they conducted themselves throughout the day, demonstrating excellent teamwork, sportsmanship, resilience and positive attitudes. We are incredibly proud of the way they represented our school both on and off the field.
