Girls Shine at District Soccer Gala Day

Our girls soccer teams enjoyed a fantastic day at the recent District Soccer Gala Day, with beautiful weather providing the perfect backdrop for a day full of teamwork, determination and fun.

Both teams demonstrated outstanding resilience, playing an incredible seven matches throughout the day and representing our school with pride and sportsmanship.

The A Team had a terrific tournament, finishing runners-up after recording five wins, one draw and just one loss. Their impressive performances have earned them a place at the Division Soccer Championships.

Our B Team also had a wonderful day, finishing in an outstanding fifth place with two wins, one draw and four losses. Their efforts were particularly impressive, with the team finishing ahead of several other schools' A teams – a fantastic achievement that highlights their perseverance and positive attitude.

Congratulations to all of the girls for their enthusiasm, resilience and teamwork throughout the day. They should be incredibly proud of the way they represented our school.

We wish our A Team the very best of luck as they progress to the Division Soccer Championships, which will be held on Tuesday 28 July at Jack Edwards Reserve. We look forward to cheering them on and following their continued success!
