Year 10 Discovery Day

Year 10 students are invited to participate in in this event. Students will join interactive faculty workshops and attend information sessions that are designed to ignite their curiosity, fuel their aspirations, and guide them through the next steps that lead to a bright and promising future at Monash.

Date & Time: Thursday 2 October 2025 from 8.30am to 1.45pm

Location: Clayton Campus

Registrations are essential and close on Sunday 28 September at 11.59pm, or earlier if all spots are filled. Register at Monash University – Year 10 Discover Day.

Walk & Talk Tours

Students keen on seeing the facilities at Berwick, Gippsland and/or Mt. Helen campuses can explore possible careers and experience campus life through a tailored one-on-one tour with one of Fed Uni students.

These will be held on Tuesday 23 September OR Thursday 25 September by registering at Federation Walk and Talk Tours

Create for a Day at SAE

SAE invites future creators to Create for a Day, a one-day, hands-on workshop designed to expand your skills and get you working on inspiring creative projects in the fields of Animation, Audio, Film, Games, Music and Design.

Have a passion for creativity and thinking about turning it into a career? Come and experience life as an SAE student – get behind the scenes and pursue your passion!

Discover what it means to be a creative professional in state-of-the-art facilities with industry experts by your side.

Aviation and Hospitality Experience Days

Aviation Experience Day - Cost $30.00 - Students will be immersed in a fun-filled day including "in-flight entertainment, aviation-themed activities, a tour of campus, and enjoy lunch at one of our student-run venues.

Date & Time: Monday 29 September from 12.00pm to 4.00pm

Hospitality Experience Day - Cost $30.00 - Students can get a taste of the 5-star life in this fun-filled day. Students will take on practical hospitality-based activities, go on a tour of campus and enjoy lunch at one of our student-run venues.

Date & Time: Monday 29 September from 9.00am to 1.00pm

Patisserie Experience Day - Cost $35.00 - Students will create delicious treats, enjoy lunch at one of our student-run venues, and discover the sweet side of culinary arts.

Date & Time: Tuesday, 30 September morning or afternoon sessions

La Trobe Talk and Walk Tours Melbourne Campus

Campus Talk and Tours are back for the September school holidays! This is an excellent opportunity for those students who missed out on the Open Day. Tours depart at 10.00am and 12.00pm and take around 45 minutes. Afterwards, students who do not take the accommodation tour can sit down with a course advisor to chat about study options.

RMIT Student for A Day

Students in Years 10 – 12 are invited to get some hands-on time with a study area they are interested in, explore something entirely new, and experience their future Uni campus.
