Caring Learning Growing: Every Child Every Day

Dear Families,

Once again, we find ourselves thinking of those in our community who are affected by fire. We pray for those affected and those who give up their time to fight the fires.  If you are travelling this weekend, please stay safe.

Swimming Sports

Congratulations to all our year four to six students who competed in the swimming sports on Tuesday.  Your participation, enthusiasm and sportsmanship made for a great day. A huge thank you to St. Brigid's College and Miss Dortmans for organising this event. It was a great day for swimming, and many records were broken. Today at assembly, we presented certificates to our new record holders: Clayton P, Kobe A, Layla G and Oliver B.

Pancake Day

Today at recess, we were able to enjoy our belated pancake day.  Thank you to all of our families who supplied pancake mix and to Sallie Koenig, Kate Adams and Jenna Seers, who volunteered their time to assist in cooking the pancakes.

Get To Know You Meetings

Next week sees the final night of our 'Get to Know'You' meetings.  It has been great to have so many families take the time to come and chat with the teachers, as we know how important it is for our students to have a strong connection between home and school.

School Closure Day - Real Schools

Just a reminder that there is NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS on FRIDAY 1st MARCH.  The entire staff will spend the day with Trish Coelho from Real Schools.

We have engaged the services of Real Schools to work with us in transforming and enhancing our school's culture.

"Real Schools exists to build partnerships and experiences to help us achieve our potential through Committed Teachers, Caring Students and Connected Communities".

More information on Real Schools can be found on their website: https://realschools.com.au/

Wishing you all a fantastic weekend!
