Diocesan Swimming 

Congratulations to Ruby Sippel, Ilah Collyer and Jarvis Dobson who on Friday represented our school proudly at the Dio swimming carnival. 

Winter Trials

This week we have numerous students trailing out in Netball, Soccer, Hockey and Rugby League at the Diocesan Winter trails. The Hockey trials will be held on Wednesday while the other sports will be on Friday.

Good luck to all who are participating, we will be cheering you on. 

Basketball

Basketball is back! Last Thursday, six St Joseph's basketball teams took to the courts for another season. It was great to see so many smiling faces back playing the sport they love, even if most of the parents and coaches were sweating in the heat. 

A massive thank you to all our coaches, without you these amazing opportunities wouldn't be possible. 

Team of the Week

The first team of the week goes to St Joey's Scorpions. The boys came ready to play and put on a clinic of teamwork and sportsmanship. After a tight start, the team ran away with a 14 - 4  point victory. Well done boys, keep it up!

Term 1 Sport

Each Friday this term the students will be learning all the ins and outs of Netball. Thank you to Lauren Smart and Aleica Swain from North West Netball for facilitating Term 1 sport.
