Concussion awareness

If your child is diagnosed with concussion by a doctor or in a hospital emergency department, Parents must inform the College Nurse.

Parents are requested to provide the College with a doctor’s Medical Clearance Certificate stating when your child can ‘return to school’ and ‘return to sport’. 

The treating doctor should provide parent with a gradual ‘return to school’ and ‘return to sport’ instruction sheet.
