Primary Art

Foundation... Our newest additions to the Primary Art room have settled in well. In February we celebrated love. Our Foundation students used Acrylic paint sticks to paint a “cool” background then cut out their “warm” Hearts.  We’re very proud of the end result.

Grade 1/2...  have been working on Warm and Cool colours. They have began to create a collage using water paints. After completing the background we are now adding beautiful tulips painted in warm colours

Grade 5...  have been working hard on their Botanical themed artworks inspired by artist B. Twomey.  They have used contrasting colours.  Working with acrylic paint and chalk, they will complete their Botanical artwork this term
