School for Student Leadership - Community Learning Project

Our Year 9 students who attended the School for Student Leadership campus in Marlo in Term 1 this year have been very busy working on their Community Learning Project.

On Saturday 10th August our students will be unveiling their project and we would love to see as many people from our community attend. More details can be found in the upcoming events page of this newsletter.

Year 9 Melbourne Experience

Our Melbourne Experience is fast approaching with our first lot of students heading out on Tuesday 13th August. Our second group will head to Melbourne on Tuesday 20th August.

We are very excited for our students to experience the opportunity of exploring some of the city and building up their independence.

On Tuesday 13th August our students will experience either the Aquarium or The Lume.

Tuesday 20th August our second group of students will experience either a tour of the MCG or a visit to the Melbourne Museum.

Japanese Student visit

A big thank you to all our students who supported our sister school students during their visit to our College. It was wonderful to see all the students interacting and sharing their cultures. A lot of fun was had with students in classes and cultural presentations, and on the trip to Raymond Island.
