Crazy Ideas College

Students Stepping Up in 2025!
In partnership with IBM SkillsBuild, our school will participate in a Crazy Ideas College (CIC) program in 2025. Each program engages students as active thinkers and learners.
The CIC program is taking placeonWednesday 17th September (Week 9). This free incursion will involve all students in 10D, 10E, 11 VCE:VM, 7A & 8A STEAM, and the Student Leadership team (as well as other students interested in learning about their leadership capabilities).
There will be 3 different sessions running at different times on this day.
Period 1&2 – Lead for Impact (Leadership team and other interested leaders who must be nominated by teachers)
Period 3&4 – Future Ready (Year 10 and 11 VCE:VM)
Period 5 – CyberLab (7A & 8A STEAM)
All programs are delivered at Woodmans Hill Secondary College, by experienced CIC facilitators who model and scaffold learning, ensuring every student is supported. With end-to-end support, CIC creates an engaging learning environment where students are set up for success, and educators are well-positioned to continue guiding them as they learn and lead.
Students will also be given access to the IBM Skills Build learning platform during this session.
All students in these targeted groups are expected to attend, as this is part of their current learning and career/future readiness program.
