Upcoming Curriculum Days
Friday 24th November and Monday 4th December are Pupil Free days.
We have some great excursions planned for these days.
Friday 24th November - Enchanted Adventures in Arthurs Seat
Monday 4th December – Collingwood Children’s farm
Bookings will be different this time with 3 days priority given to families who have a permanent booking on the day of the Excursion.
i.e. if your child comes every Friday you will be given 3 days to book Friday 24th November before other OSHC Families.
Christmas Vacation Care Day and Holidays Closure
We will be running One Vacation Care Day at the end of the year, Thursday 21st December. We will be taking the children to the movies and having a special Christmas Lunch back at school.
OSHC and Vacation Care will be closed from Friday 22nd December 2023 to Friday 5th January 2024 inclusive.
January Vacation Care will open Monday 8th January and run for 3 weeks (Excluding Friday 26th, Australia Day).
Booking forms will be emailed out Monday 27th November.
Booking and Cancellation Reminders
If you are collecting your children from school or child doesn’t attend school for the day can you please make sure to let the OSHC program know.
This could be an email wheelershilloshc@gmail.com or text mobile 0409 007 104.
If we don’t have child arrive we do go looking for them and ask teachers to help as we assume the child is missing.
This compromises the safety of the OSHC children in the program while educators are out looking for your child.
Just reminder that fees are still charged regardless of non-attendance.
We require a two weeks notification for deleting ongoing permanent bookings
